We specialize in real estate projects across all stages – from acquisition and development to reconstruction and long-term operation.

Since 2013, we have been steadily building a strong position in the real estate market. Our key assets include the GATE Nová Karolina and NORDICA office buildings in Ostrava, Premium Plaza in Karlovy Vary, as well as Office Park Hartigova and KCD4 in Prague. We actively participate in the full development cycle of various projects, including the Smíchov Hotel in Prague. A particularly noteworthy upcoming project is the construction of the Ostrava Towers Complex, set to become the tallest building in the Czech Republic.
