Our Vision – RT TORAX Group

Our story began thirty years ago in Ostrava, and since then we have been actively contributing to the development of this dynamic region.

Once known for its heavy industry, Ostrava has transformed into an attractive technological and cultural hub. The region, formerly defined by its industrial character, now draws the attention of international investors and renowned architects who are helping shape the city’s modern identity. Ostrava is growing, innovating, and moving toward a technological future that extends beyond regional borders.

Our vision is deeply intertwined with this transformation. We are growing alongside the region, adapting to its needs, and delivering innovative solutions while respecting its rich heritage. Our ambitions go beyond the local level—we strive for achievements that resonate internationally.

Mid-Term Vision (3–5 Years)

Our mid-term goals are clearly defined and focused on growth and efficiency. We aim to maintain our strong growth momentum in car sales, with a primary emphasis on profitability in this segment. In real estate, our target for the coming year is to surpass 100,000 m² of total leased office space, achieved through the acquisition of premium or trophy properties. Efficient management will allow us to enhance the profitability of our real estate projects. Additionally, we will focus on expanding our residential development projects and entering foreign real estate markets. As part of our diversification strategy, we also plan to broaden our business portfolio.

Long-Term Vision (5–10 Years)

Over the long term, we aim for stability and profitability across all divisions and within the RT TORAX Group as a whole. In the automotive sector, we are actively preparing for the shift toward hybrid and electric vehicles. A responsible approach to the environment and a focus on energy efficiency are also key priorities in our real estate division, where we plan to significantly increase the value of our assets and continue contributing to the transformation of Ostrava and the Moravian-Silesian Region. One of our flagship projects is the construction of the Ostrava Towers Complex, which will become the tallest building in the Czech Republic. At the same time, we are planning to expand into foreign markets, with the goal of extending our real estate portfolio to other countries within the European Union.
